Updates for my dividend portfolio for May 2016

My analysis going through an upgrading as I'm still going through the Investment Quadrant materials to look for better things to add to my checklists, to make it comprehensive as well.

Due to the disposal of their recurring payment solutions here, Neratel has been dropped from my watchlist too.

I am also trying to purchase non-REIT stocks as I am trying to reduce their allocation (maybe to 30%?) in my portfolio for more capital gains as well as their sensitivity to a possible Fed interest rate hike that might occur in June.

  • Bought Vicom at 5.85
    • Reasons
      • Looks like the fear of loss of revenue from less car to inspect would affect the earnings of Vicom significantly.
      • Dividend Yield (4.655%), PB (~3.5x) and PE (~16x) has dropped to midway crisis levels
      • Do note that the counter is slightly illiquid.
      • Selling volume is dropped and slowed. A little early on my daily divergence signal, I admit. Weekly, is stuck in a ranging zone, initial target was 5.75 to 5.8 at the support region.
TA for Vicom
FA for Vicom

Well, that's all I got with my little money.

I need more cash :(
