The operating segments of the company are Brokerage which includes the provision of brokerage services; Underwriting and placing which covers the provision of underwriting and placing services; Margin financing, which includes the provision of securities and initial public offering financing services; and Money lending which offers money lending services. It generates a majority of its revenue from the Money Lending services. All activities of the group are carried out in Hong Kong.
