Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Ltd is a closed-end fund company. The company would seek to invest in a diversified portfolio of financial institution investment instruments. It will focus on investing in the secondary market although instruments may also be subscribed to in the primary market. The investment objective of the company is to provide Shareholders with an attractive return, while limiting downside risk, through investment in the financial institution investment instruments.
