Volga Gas PLC is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company based in the UK. The principal activities of the company and its subsidiaries are the acquisition, exploration, and development of hydrocarbon assets and production of hydrocarbons in the Volga Region of the -Russian Federation. It holds interests in nearly four oil and gas exploration and production licenses namely Karpenskiy, Vostochny Makarovskoye (VM), Dobrinskoye and Urozhainoye-2 in the Saratov and Volgograd regions. The company is also involved in development activities such as drilling and completion of producing wells, construction of production infrastructure including in-field flow lines and processing facilities. Most of the company's operating activities are based in the Russian Federation.
