New Century Real Estate Investment Trust is Hong Kong-based Real Estate Investment Company. It owns and leases hotel properties. Its investment portfolio includes five five-star hotels and two four-star hotels namely New Century Hotel Netherlands, Hangzhou New Century Grand Hotel, Zhejiang Kaiyuan Xiaoshan Hotel, Thousand Island Lake in Hangzhou Kaiyuan Resort, New Century Grand Hotel Ningbo, New Century Grand Hotel Changchun and New Century Grand Hotel Kaifeng. Geographically, the hotel properties are mainly located in China, and it has extended its business to Europe through the acquisition in the Netherlands.
