Description
iShares 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited. The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. It invests, directly and through other funds, in the fixed income markets of Canada. The fund invests in Canadian dollars denominated fixed rate investment grade corporate bonds with a maturity of between zero to six years. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE Canada 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index, by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index. iShares 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index ETF was formed on February 25, 2009 and is domiciled in Canada.
