QcX Gold Corp., through its subsidiary Cornelius exploration S. de R.L. de C.V., engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Mexico. The company explores for gold and silver deposits. It holds a 100% interest in the Golden Giant project that comprises two prospective land packages covering approximately 8,865 hectares located in the James Bay lowlands area of the northwestern region in the Province of Quebec; and 100% interest in the Fernet property that covers an area of approximately 4,480 hectares located in the northern Abitibi region of Quebec. The company was formerly known as First Mexican Gold Corp. and changed its name to QcX Gold Corp. in July 2020. QcX Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
