The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks and preferred stocks of domestic and foreign companies of all capitalization ranges in the food and beverage industries. It is non-diversified.
