Graycliff Exploration Limited engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and extraction of natural resources in Canada. It explores for gold and precious metals. The company holds 100% interest in the Shakespeare gold project located in Ontario; and the Baldwin Project that consists of 68 mineral claims covering approximately 1,500 hectares in two contiguous blocks located in the Sudbury Mining Division of Ontario. It also entered into asset purchase agreement to acquire the Lunge Project comprising 27 claim units covering 601 hectares in the Sudbury Basin of Ontario. Graycliff Exploration Limited was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
