It is co-managed by BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests directly, through derivatives and through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund uses derivatives such as futures, forwards to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies.
