The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of mid-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P/NZX MidCap Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index It was formerly known NZX Midcap Index Fund. Smartshares NZ Mid Cap ETF was formed on April 15, 1997 and is domiciled in New Zealand.
