It provides its solution on-demand over the Internet using a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The markets, in which its customers operate, include higher education, life sciences, healthcare and state and local governments, as well as the commercial market. As of December 31, 2011, the Company served 321 customers operating in 17 countries and offered its solution in eight languages and 32 currencies. In September 2013, the Company acquired CombineNet.
