Colonial Coal International Corp is an pure-play metallurgical coal development company. Principally, it is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of coal properties located in Canada. Its projects include the Flatbed project; Huguenot project as well as Watson Island. It holds interests in two resource-stage coal properties in the Peace River Coalfield of northeastern British Columbia, Canada: namely, the Huguenot and Flatbed properties.
