Description
The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in securities of U.S. companies and/or the U.S. government, or in other investment companies that principally invest in such securities. It will invest in companies within each of the large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap U.S. equity segments (each a Market Segment).
