The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Markit iBoxx® USD Liquid High Yield ex-Oil and Gas Index composed of a broad range of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds that excludes those issued by companies in the Oil and Gas sector. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the index. The index is designed to reflect the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds, excluding those issued by companies in the Oil and Gas sector, as determined by the index provider.
