The Company operates in five reportable operating segments: 1) Nicaragua which includes the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of a geothermal project; 2) Peru which includes the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of hydroelectric projects; 3) Panama which includes acquisition, development and operation of solar projects; 4) Dominican Republic which includes acquisition, development and operation of solar projects; 5) Ecuador which includes acquisition, exploration, development and operation of hydroelectric projects.
